Finding Books
Print and eBooks are available through the Almy Library. The Librarians can assist you in retrieving the print books from the shelves!
2 of our databases offer eBooks: Proquest and Discovery. You can filter in the advanced search to limit your results to eBooks.
Search the Boston Public Library or your local library! They will also offer print and eBook sources.
Many primary sources are freely available and easily searchable on Google! Try searching for specific types of primary sources (speeches, paintings, cylinder seals, etc.)
Enter keywords in the search box (top right). Documents are arranged by time period.
Primary source documents from both ancient and medieval history. Browse or search by keyword.
Sources are arranged by region or theme. Try a Ctl-F to see if your topic or key term is mentioned.
